集成化企业管理中的责任流管理模式

管理粗放问题是制约企业竞争力提高的主要问题之一，西方式企业管理是基于工业化完成之后的管理，强调物流、信息物流和价值流的集成，而对我国众多企业而方，由于社会文化与机制体制上的差异，特别重视保证时间性和成本控制有效性问题。为此，本文提出了责任流及其管理模式，认为责任流是信息流与物流、价值流集成后形成的重要一流，是信息集成、过程集成和企业集成成功运行的有效保障，是解决企业管理粗放问题的有效手段。

Responsibility Flow for Integrated Enterprise Management

Coarse-grained management is one of the severest problems which restrict enterprises to improve competitive abilities. Western enterprise management is put in practice after enterprises' industrialization, which emphasizes the integration of goods flow, information flow and value flow. But to most of Chinese enterprises, because of the different social culture and mechanism, more attentions have to be paid to Time, Cost, Quality and, most of all, the responsibility relationship and control between these factors and people in enterprise. For this purpose, this paper presents the responsibility flow and responsibility flow management pattern. The responsibility flow is considered to be an important step after the integration of goods flow, information flow and value flow, guarantees successful running of the information integration, process integration and enterprise integration effectively, and to be the effective measure to solve coarse-grained management problem.
