摘    要:为了研究分离装置中保护罩内部破坏原因,针对一种保护罩结构,应用应力波在介质中传播的理论,对保护罩内部破坏机理进行分析.理论分析结果与试验结果一致.同时利用有限元程序LS-DYNA对保护罩破坏过程进行数值模拟,得到与理论分析和试验结果相吻合的结果.最后,根据理论分析结果,提出一种保护罩改进设计方案,并通过数值模拟说明改进设计方案是合理的.

Abstract:In order to study the fracture mechanism in a retainer of the explosive separation system,based on a structural retainer of the explosive separation system,the fracture mechanism of the retainer is theoretically analyzed with the theory of stress waves.The phenomena in the experiments are consisted with results of the analysis.The process of fracture in retainer is simulated by LS-DYNA software.The results of numerical simulation consists with the results from the experiments and the analysis.Finally,an improvement design of retainer based on the results of theoretical analysis are given and the feasibility of this design is validated by numerical simulation.
