| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国许多企业人力资源开发与管理工作尚不系统，不规范，作者提出了制造企业人力资源开发与管理模式，并按这一模式给出了在我国某家电企业中人力资源规划的一个应用案例，旨在引导我国制造企业尽快启动人力资源开发与管理系统，增强企业竞争力。
