摘    要:龙滩水电站机组蜗壳结构尺寸大,安装精度和焊接要求高,焊接环境差,工期要求短。为此,对焊接工艺、标准、质量控制制定了一系列要求,并取得了很好的效果。针对安装完毕的5、6号机蜗壳焊接工艺、探伤要求所作的介绍,对同类机组有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Longtan hydropower station is large in big structure size of spiral case, high in installation accuracy and welding requirement, poor in welding environment, and short in construction period, For this reason, a series of requirements has been formulated for the welding technique, standards and quality control so that a good effectiveness has been gained .This paper describes the welding craft and crack detection requirements of spiral cases of No.5 and No.6 generating units that have been installed,which can be used for reference for the simlar project.
