| 摘 要： | 工艺焊接性试验结果分析表明：在进口NiSB-162—200纯镍焊缝区存在气孔和金相显微裂纹．接头熔合线附近有方向性很强的品粒长大倾向。在此基础上进行了焊接工艺评定．制定了碱蒸发器的焊接工艺规程。

| Abstract: | Analysis of the operative weldability testing result indicates:the gas pores and the metallographic microcrack are present in the weld metal zone of pure nickel metal NiSB-162-200 from abroad and the very obvious tendency of grain growing up exists adjacent to the welding joint fusion line. Be base on the analysis above the welding procedure qualification report is done and the welding procedure specification on the alkali evaporator is established. The satisfactory welding quantity of the product is acquired. |
