| 摘 要： | 通过对比中间包镁质喷涂料和低碱度覆盖剂与镁钙质喷涂料和高钙覆盖剂对钢水洁净度的影响，结果表明，使用镁钙质喷涂料和高钙覆盖剂可降低钢水全氧含量8％－14％，降低钢水全氮含量8％－16％，可大幅度降低钢中夹杂物含量和夹杂物粒径。 |

| Abstract: | The influence of MgO CaO based spraying material and CaO based cover flux for tundish on steel cleanness had been studied at Shougang Corp. and Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co.. The results show that with CaO based spraying material and the CaO based cover flux, the total oxygen and nitrogen content can be reduced by 8 % 16 % respectively, and the inclusion content and size can also be reduced greatly. |
