| 摘 要： | 针对苯酐装置顺序控制系统原采用的S5-135U程控器的不足——频繁死机,将其更新为能实现冗余的S5-155H,并根据工艺要求利用Step 5语言对原控制方案进行了完善与改进。从几年来的运行情况表明,因控制系统故障而导致装置停车事故的情况得到了改善,达到了改造的预期目的。
