热处理对稀土氧化物掺杂ZanO-Bi_2O_3系压敏陶瓷电气性能的影响 |

摘 要: | 掺杂稀土氧化物的大尺寸ZnO-Bi2O3系压敏陶瓷具有明显的"软心"特征,即电位梯度随试样尺寸的增大而下降,表层电位梯度高于内部。经高温热处理后,"软心"现象得到明显的改善,平均电位梯度提高到360V/mm。结合XRD、XPS和EDS的分析结果,发现热处理后Bi2O3相和CeO2相明显析出,试样内部的O浓度提高,添加剂沿轴向的分布趋于均匀。

Influence of Heat-treatment on ZnO-Bi2O3 Based Varistor Ceramics Doped with rare Earth Oxides |

Abstract: | The average varistor voltage of ZnO-Bi2O3 based varistor ceramics doped with rare-earth oxides declines with the increase of size of sample and the surface layer varistor voltage gradient is greater than that in the core. This phenomenon is called soft core. By heat-treatment the average varistor voltage gradient improved to 360 V / mm. By the analysis of XRD,XPS and EDS, it was found that Bi2O3 and CeO2 phases were apparently separated out after heat-treatment leading to rise of O concentration within samples and leading to uniform longitudinal distribution of additives. |
