| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨中药治疗高泌乳血症 (HPL)的疗效。方法 :采用自拟中药抑乳灵治疗HPL3 1例 ,疗程 2个月 ,同时设对照组 3 0例 ,用西药溴隐亭〔1 - 4〕治疗作对比。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 .3 % ;对照组总有效率 93 .0 %。经统计学处理 ,两组疗效间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :虽然中药治疗组与溴隐亭对照组疗效相当 ,但中药与溴隐亭相比 ,无副作用 ,价廉易于推广

| Abstract: | Purpose:To explore the therapeutic effects on treatment of special HPL with TCM.Methods:31cases were in the treatment group treated by self-designed TCM,the treatment course was equally two months,and 30 cases were in the control group by bromoctiptime.Result:The total effective rate was 90.3 percent in the treatment group and was 93.0 percent in the control group.there was no significant difference from statistics(p>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effects were equivalent between in the treatment group and in the control group,but TCM has no side effect comparing with bromocriptime and it was cheaper and easier to be used generally than bromocriptime. |
