磁化田菁胶压裂液研究

摘    要:磁化处理可使压裂液的一些性质发生改变。本文考察了磁化条件对田菁胶压裂液性能的影响,介绍了用磁化压裂液进行现场压裂试验的结果。磁化压裂液具有良好的性能,磁化压裂液的田菁胶含量可低于不磁化压裂液。

Abstract:On a laboratory cyclic magnetization unit fresh water and basic and gellable solutions of tianqin gum (cannabina gum) are magnetically treated while being prepared. The optimum magnetization conditions (magnetic inductivity, flow rate,numble of cycles, contact with steel surfaces etc) are investigated. The magnetized tianqin solution and fracturing fluid, both gelling and galled, are more viscous than the unmagnetized one, have good rheologic, filtration-loss and other characteristics, and lead to less swelling of clay samples. The gelled magnetized fracturing fluid after breakdown has less interfacial tension with crude oil. In field tests hydrofracturing three oil wells in Karamai Oil Field with magnetized tianqin-based gelling fluid lead to more oil production per well and longer period of increased production at lower concentration of gelling agent (0,8-1.0% against 0.9-1.1%) in comparison with fracturing operations on unmagnetized gelling fluid.
