摘    要:对军事代表绩效的考核,先确定军代表质量监督工作评价指标及权重.再依据360°绩效考核法建立驻厂军代表质量监督工作量化绩效考核模型.对模型的实例分析步骤包括:确定考核目标集,即被考评军事代表的集合;确定考核指标集、考核指标在评审中的权重、考核评价集与量化集、360°考评者;统计考核情况,最后定义模型.

Abstract:For assessing military representative performance, confirm the quality supervise index and weighting at first. Then, according to the 360-degree performance assessing method, establish the quantity performance-assessing model. The model analyzing steps include confirming assessing goal set (the set for assessing military representatives); conforming assessing index set, assessing the index weight, and accessing evaluation set and quantity set, along with 360-degree estimator, at last calculating assess situation and defining model.
