摘    要:阐述了基于CC-Link现场总线实现金属矿山运输监控系统的基本方法,并介绍了该系统的硬件构成、监控界面、功能、软件设计、技术创新点,而且针对金属矿山实际运输情况研发了相应的控制规则。系统网络结构分三层,第一层网络使用CC-Link现场总线以总线型结构连接远程I/O模块与CC-Link主站模块。第二层网络是控制层网络,在这层网络中,采用了具有较强冗余功能的网络系统结构方案-光纤双环网。第三层网络使用以太网连接PLC与上位监控计算机。

Abstract:This paper dicusses the fundamental method of monitoring system for the monorail transport at metal mines based on CC-Link field bus technology,and introduces the hardware configuration,monitoring interface、functions、software design and technological innovations of this transport monitoring system,It also developes a set of control rules by taking into consideration the real situation of metal mines.The network structure is composed by three layers.In the first layer,CC-Link is used to connect the remote I/O module and CC-Link master station module through bus structure.The second layer is control layer network.In the second layer,a network design scheme of dual-ring fiber optic Ethernet is adopted,this network layer has strong redundancy function.In the third layer,the ether net is used to connect PLC and computer.
