后浇带在闸墩施工温度裂缝控制中的应用研究

摘    要:设置后浇带是防止大型水闸闸墩混凝土施工出现温度裂缝的措施之一,结合实际工程,设计合适的后浇带结构尺寸,并对后浇带的施工要点和方法进行探讨,获得了比较理想的效果。另外,通过实测施工温度和应力计算,分析了设置后浇带对闸墩施工温度和内应力的影响。

Abstract:The placement of the post-pouring concrete zone is one of the measures for control of the temperature cracking during the concrete construction of large sluice gate piers. Based on the actual construction, the structural size of the post-pouring zone is designed, and then the key points and methods for the construction are discussed as well; with which better construction effect is obtained. Furthermore, the relevant influences from the placement of the zone on both the construction temperature and internal stress are analyzed through measuring the construction temperature and calculating the stresses concerned.
