摘    要:本文根据传热学原理,综合分析了钢质燃气管道在多种内、外边界条件下管道受热情况,对管道进行分段传热计算,以此得到沿程管壁以及燃气温度场分布情况,并据此开发了温度场计算软件。利用该软件计算结果,可对现有或新设燃气输配管线热补偿设置提出优化或修正建议,亦可比较在输送不同燃气种类时温度场的分布情况,为设计人员正确设置热补偿装置提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper,based on the heat transfer theory,the heat transfer in steel-made gas pipe was analyzed in several environmental conditions.The principle and interface of computing software for the temperature field were introduced.The suggestion to optimize the design of heat compensation for pipe system was put forward according to the result of the computing.The differences can be compared between the temperature fields of those pipes transporting different kind of gas.It can also afford advice about the setting of those compensators to pipe system designers.
