建筑项目绿色施工评价体系的建立与研究

随着我国经济发展规模的不断扩大,工业化不断推进,居民的消费结构逐步升级,城市化步伐逐渐加快,资源供需矛盾和环境的压力越来越大。建设节约型社会,走循环经济道路已经成为必然的选择。在节约型社会建设中,建筑领域的节能、节材和节约资源尤为重要,而建筑施工阶段对环境的破坏最为直接和严重,客观评价承包商在施工阶段的表现需要一套系统的评价工具。目前大多数的评价工具都是针对绿色建筑的,并不适用于施工阶段,本文结合工程施工实践、在广泛调查的基础上,参考了各种绿色建筑评价体系,提出了建筑项目绿色施工评价标准,确定了TM和L评价指标,并通过层次分析法计算出各个指标和因素的权重,得出评价模型,对绿色施工进行评价和定级。
