| 摘 要： | 测绘产品质量的优劣,对国家的经济发展和社会生活以及测绘企业的经济效益都有着重要影响。基于此,结合测绘产品质量的性质和测绘质量管理的特点,指出了树立新的产品质量观念和实施质量管理系统工程是企业追求长期效益,增强企业市场竞争能力基本保障的观点。

| Abstract: | Based on product quality of surveying and mapping which is good or bad,it has been having the important influence to state economic development,social livelihood and economic benefit of surveying and mapping enterprise.Combing with property of SM products and character of SM quality control,this paper brings forward to establish new product idea and to carry out quality control systemic engineering being that enterprise pursues long term benefit and basic safeguard to reinforce market competition ability. |
