| 摘 要： | 依托在新校区建设中的委托跟踪审计实践,对高校新校区建设委托跟踪审计的若干问题进行了思考,针对存在的早期介入的缺乏、权责不明、独立性难以体现等问题提出了相应的解决之道。

| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the practice of commissioned the entire process of audit on the new school area construction,a number of issues were thinking by the author on the commissioned the entire process of audit,in light of the existing the lack of early intervention,unknown powers and responsibilities,independence of difficult issues made the appropriate solution. |
