高温固相分段反应制备LiMn2O4的研究

摘    要:研究了高温固相分段法制备锂离子电池正极材料尖晶石型LiMn2 O4 的工艺 ,克服了传统高温固相合成法由于原料不能充分混匀 ,制备的LiMn2 O4 电化学性能较差的缺点。在制备的过程中 ,对原料进行分段焙烧 ,每段焙烧前都对反应物进行研磨、球磨 ,使反应物混合均匀、充分接触 ,制备的LiMn2 O4 物相较纯 ,粒度分布均匀 ,电化学性能良好。此法操作简单 ,反应条件易于控制 ,是一种较好的合成LiMn2 O4 的方法

Abstract:LiMn_2O_4 prepared by the solid reaction is bad in cycling quality because of the uneven mixture of materials. This paper is based on the solid reaction multiple singer method. During the course of preparation, the materials are been milled and balling milled before firstly been sintered. The course continues more than one times. After burning, LiMn_2O_4 is good at phrase and electrochemistry quality because of the even mixture of materials. The method is simply and easy to be controlled. It's a good way to prepare LiMn_2O_4.
