啤酒硅胶添加微机自控系统的研究与开发

摘    要:啤酒生产中要使添加的硅胶实现最佳效果,必须满足:①择用规格合适的硅胶;②足够的作用时间;③合适的添加比例。啤酒硅胶添加微机自控系统主要是利用计算机,根据流量和压力信号大小计算出硅胶添加量,并将控制信号送到变频器,再改变计量泵电源的频率,实现计量泵的无级变频调速,改变流量大小,实现随啤酒流量大小按比例添加硅胶。

Abstract:In order to make the additive silicagel achieve the best productive effects in beer brewing, we must pay more attention to the following aspects: 1. Selection of the right silicagel. 2. Sufficient time for the action. 3. Adequate add proportion. The mechanism of the computer automatic control system for silicagel-addition is based on the utilization of the computer not only for calculation of the silicagel addition level according to the flow rate and the signal value of the pressure, but also for transmission of the control signals to transducer which would change mainsupply frequency of the metering pump so that the flow rate of beer changes correspondingly for silicagel addition.(Tran by YUE Yang)
