摘    要:利用溶解吸附的方法在Al2O3粉末表面涂履了不同种类的偶联剂,测定了不同的偶联剂在Al2O3表面的单分子层饱和吸附量(硬脂酸为2.22%、十八醇为2.15%和铝酸酯为3.36%)。研究了偶联剂和Al2O3粉末之间的作用机理以及不同的偶联剂在单分子层饱和吸附含量下对Al2O3浆料体系粘度的影响,结果表明,在三种偶联剂中铝酸酯的作用效果最好,在单分子层饱和吸附含量下,起到了最佳的降低粘度的效果。

Abstract:Coupling agents have important effects on increasing the compatibility between ceramic powder and organic binder. The single molecular layer saturated absorptions of three kinds of coupling agents on Al2O3 powder surface were determined (2.22% for SA, 2.15% for 1-octadecanol and 3.36% for Aluminate) and the reaction mechanism between them was also discussed. The effects of three coupling agents on viscosity were compared at this absorption content. Aluminate is the best choice because it can effectively reduce the viscosity of Al2O3 system and keep it stable at different temperature.
