精细找堵水技术研究与应用

摘    要:针以辽河油田油井高含水问题,为提高油井找堵水有效率,研究了精细找堵水技术。该技术堵水管柱主要包括DY445封隔器、Y341自验封封隔器、Y211封隔器、KG万向开关和安全接头等。适应于178、124mm套管要求。经过15口井的现场实施,平均单井日增产原油5t,显著提高了找堵水有效率。

Abstract:Precise water detection and blocking technique has been studied for the problem of high water cut in oil wells of Liaohe oilfield. This water blockoff string includes DY445 packer, Y341 self- checking packer, Y211 packer, KG universal switch and safety joint. The string is suitable to 178 and 124 mm casing. Field application in 15 wells shows that average daily oil increment of single well is 5t, and the effectiveness of water detection and blocking has been remarkably improved.
