埋入SMA纤维的复合材料壁板的气弹稳定性研究

摘    要:研究混杂SMA纤维的复合材料平直层合壁板在超音速气流作用下的颤振特性。采用特殊正交SMA纤维混杂单层板的正轴应力一应变本构关系、经典的克希霍夫层合薄板理论并结合超音速一阶活塞气动力理论导出SMA纤维混杂复合材料壁板的气动弹性方程。借助于Rayleigh-Ritz解析法,建立SMA纤维混杂复合材料壁板在SMA纤维的驱动作用下的振动和颤振性能预测的近似分析模型。研究结果显示出,SMA具有良好的抑制壁板颤振的功能。

Abstract:There have been few studies dealing with the behavior of hybrid SMA composite plate subject to the aero- dynamic. The flutter behavior of the SMA fiber hybrid composite panel excited by supersonic flow is investigated in this paper. The main objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of integrated SMA actuators to increase panel flutter speed. Based on the classical laminated plate theory, supersonic piston theory and the constitutive stress-strain relations for a special orthotropic hybrid SMA ply, the aero-elastic equation of SMA composite panel is presented. The Rayleigh-Ritz method is used to obtain the numerical results of critical dynamic pressure. The effect of SMA on the flutter of the composite panel is discussed.
