摘    要:通过湿化学法制备纳米铁。分别选用三种表面活性剂在选定的不同浓度下参与到反应中,通过紫外分光光度计(USP),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X衍射仪(XRD)对产物进行表征,对比它们在还原过程中对颗粒的分散度及其粒径的影响。根据表征结果可知,在分散剂作用下所制得的纳米铁颗粒的单分散性高,保持本身活性的同时其稳定性较强。对出各结果得出:添加淀粉作为分散剂对制备纳米铁是一种较为理想的处理方法。

Abstract:The nanometer iron is prepared by the wet chemical method in this essay. We chose three special kinds of dispersing agents in several different concentrations, used them into the reaction, and then characterized the product by USP,SEM and XRD to compare the influences of the grains'dispersity and diameter during the reaction progress. According to the results from characterization, the nanometer iron particles can be dispersed more efficiently, and can be maintained the activity of it and kept the stability longer with the dispers comparison of the results obtained during the experiment, as a dispersing agent, the the preparation of the nanometer iron. ing agent chosen.
