忻州窑矿村下压煤开采设计研究

摘    要:为了解决大同矿区大量的“三下”(建筑物下、铁路下、水体下)煤炭资源长期不能开采、丢失大量优质煤炭资源的问题,提出对忻州窑矿村下压煤开采方案进行分析研究。通过对村庄煤柱开采的多种技术途径与方法进行对比,认为同煤集团村下煤柱适合采用条带开采,通过对忻州窑矿11#煤,厚度、倾角、埋藏深度等进行分析,计算出最大下沉与变形值情况,选择出最为合理的采宽和留宽。通过分析忻州窑村下压煤区的岩石力学性质,以及综合机械化开采与条带开采的岩移参数的关系,计算最终地表最大下沉和变形值,并对地表沉陷预计及对房屋影响进行分析。分析认为利用条带开采在同煤集团进行煤柱回收是可行的,通过本次研究希望为同煤集团三下压煤开采提供一定依据。

Research on Coal Mining under village Pressure in Xinzhouyao Mine Village of Tongmei Group
Abstract:Research of village coal mining under pressure is to solve the problem that in Datong a large number coal resources under buildings, railways and water cannot be mined for a long time. A lot of high-quality coal resources are lost. In the paper, it is considered that strip mining is the most suitable method for coal pillar mining under Datong Coal Mine Group, through the comparison of various technical approaches of coal pillar mining in villages. Based on the analysis of 11# coal, thickness, dip angle, burial depth, etc. in Xinzhouyao Mine, the maximum subsidence and deformation value are calculated, and the most reasonable mining width and reserve width are selected. According to the analysis of the lithology in this area and the relationship of rock displacement parameters between strip mining and longwall fully mechanized mining, the final surface subsidence and deformation values are calculated, and the impact of the surface subsidence on the housing are expected. Through this study, we hope to provide theoretical basis for the coal mining under pressure in Datong Coal Mine group.
