基于旋转密封元件的矿用送水器研究

摘    要:通过对适用于矿用送水器的旋转密封元件的分析研究,结合各密封元件的优缺点,利用组合密封的思路,设计了4种旋转密封结构的矿用送水器,并分别进行了生产试制。通过静态打压、旋转打压对比试验及结构优化改进,最终确定了O形圈与格莱圈组合密封结构。现场试验表明,送水器旋转密封性好,满足煤矿井下施工要求。

Abstract:Through the analysis and research of the rotary sealing components suitable for the mine water pumps,combined the advantages and disadvantages of each types of sealing components,and utilized the concept of combined sealing to come out with four types of mine water pump design with rotary sealing structure,and trial production and testing were carried out as well. Through the comparison of static and rotary pressure tastings and structural optimization,the combined sealing structure of O-ring and Glyd-ring was defined. The field tests show the best sealing performance,which fulfill the requirements of underground coal mine construction requirements.
