摘    要:对以压入式工作的FBCDZ-10-No20型矿用对旋主通风机进行三维非定常流场数值模拟,研究叶片安装角的变化对风机内部流场及性能的影响。研究表明:随着叶片安装角的增大,两级叶轮的做功能力逐渐增强,出口气流的旋转运动变得更加强烈,气流进出口的静压差变大;随着安装角的增大,叶片压力面的静压和吸力面的压力梯度都明显增大,且第2级叶轮的变化幅度大于第1级叶轮,与其他2种安装角相比,β=+3°时的叶片表面静压分布呈现出更显著的周向不均匀性;随着叶片安装角的增大,两级叶轮的轴功率均增加,但第2级的增加值高于第1级。

Influence of Stagger Angle of Moving Blade on Internal Flow-field and Performance of Mining Contra-rotating Main Fan

Abstract:Numerical simulation of 3D flow-field unsteady constant value of the FBCDZ-10-No20 mining contra-rotating main fan for forced ventilation was carried out to study the influence of the variation of blade stagger angle on the internal flow-field characteristics and performance of the fan. The research shows that with the increase of the stagger angle, the two-stage impeller is used for functional enhancement, the degree of rotation of the outlet airflow becomes severe and the static pressure difference between the air inlet and outlet becomes larger. With the increase of the stagger angle, the static pressure on the pressure surface of the blade and the pressure gradient of the suction surface increase significantly, the variation of the second stage impeller is greater than that of the first stage impeller, and compared with the other two stagger angles, the static pressure distribution exhibits circumferential non-uniformity significantly when β =+3°. As the stagger angle increases, the shaft power of two-stage impeller increases, but the increase of the shaft power of the second-stage impeller is higher than that of the first stage.
