摘    要:传统矿用风机性能测试系统通用性差,配备固定的传感器种类和数量难以满足非标、定制型矿用风机性能测试需求。采用虚拟仪器技术对风机控制系统进行柔性改造,改造后的系统用软件实现定时和计数的功能,并采用测量脉冲信号的方式来精简数据采集。最终实现模拟型和脉冲型这2种传感器在测量信号方面的一致性和通用性。改造后的测量系统具有测量精度高、通用性强的特点,同时对数据采集硬件要求低,降低了测试系统成本。

Abstract:Traditional mining fan performance test system is poorly versatile,equipped with fixed sensor types and quantities that difficult to meet the performance test requirements of non-standard and customized mining fans. Adopting virtual instrument technology to carry on the flexible transformation to the fan control system,the modified system realized the function of timing and counting with software,and adopted the method of measuring pulse signal to simplify data collection. Finally,the consistency and generality between analog and pulse sensors in signal measurement were realized. The modified measurement system has characteristics of high measurement accuracy and versatility, simultaneously,the data acquisition hardware requirements are low and reduces the cost of the test system.
