| 摘 要： | 带式输送机作为一个具有黏弹性的系统,在启、制动阶段都具有相当大的运动质量,导致其动态响应过程极其复杂。为使带式输送机输煤系统在运行过程中根据实时运量合理调节带速,实现有煤快运、煤少慢运、无煤待机的目的,利用西门子PLC编程软件STEP 7进行了硬件组态,设计了带式输送机输煤系统启车流程及运行过程中的节能调速控制流程,并完成了输煤系统控制软件的编程。

| Abstract: | As a viscoelastic system,the belt conveyor has considerable motion quality in the starting and braking stages,which makes its dynamic response process extremely complex.In order to make belt conveyor coal transportation system in the process of operation according to the real-time volume of reasonable adjustment of belt speed,to achieve the purpose of coal exist fast transportation,coal less slow transportation,no coal standby,Siemens PLC programming software STEP 7 was used to configure the hardware,design the starting process and energy-saving speed control process of the belt conveyor coal transportation system,and complete the programming of the control software of the coal transportation system. |
