定向钻机用辅助上钻杆机构设计

摘    要:针对煤矿井下定向钻机用大直径钻杆预拧紧依靠人工操作劳动强度大、安全风险高的问题,提出了一种定向钻机用辅助上钻杆机构设计方案,对其结构设计要点进行了详细说明。通过受力分析得到了摩擦轮上钻杆机构传动简图,并对其传动参数进行了计算和校核。该辅助上钻杆机构结构简单、体积小,过载时可以打滑保护钻杆丝扣,为定向钻机上钻杆问题提供了一种解决方案。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that pre-tightening of large diameter drill pipe for directional drilling rig depends on manual operation with high labor intensity and high safety risk, a design scheme of auxiliary loading drill pipe mechanism for directional drilling rig was presented, and the main points of its structural design were described in detail. The transmission sketch of drill pipe mechanism on friction wheel was obtained by force analysis, and its transmission parameters were calculated and checked. The auxiliary loading drill pipe mechanism has simple structure, small size and can slip and protect drill pipe screw when overloading. It provides a solution to the problem of loading large diameter drill pipe for directional drilling rig.
