摘 要: | 介绍了一种先进激光雕刻技术原理以及基本工艺操作,并且运用刀具运动时具有的粘滑现象,对皮纹的形状进行了的优化分析,得出凸形状的皮纹结构既能降低皮纹的光泽度又能降低皮纹的损伤程度,而相比于化学蚀刻,激光雕刻能够更好地加工细微的凸结构得到优质的皮纹结构,可设计性更强,可靠性也更好。

The Application of Laser Engraving in Automobile Engraving |

Abstract: | An advanced laser engraving is introduced.Additionally,the shape style of texture was analyzed to get a best consequence which indicated that convex shape can acquire both low glossiness and good scratch resistance.Compared with traditional chemical corruption,laser engraving can get a better structure of texture and more flexible for designing and duration. |
