矿用重载双列四点接触球轴承接触特性研究

摘    要:针对矿用重载双列四点接触球轴承的承载、接触、疲劳等方面的较高要求,以某型矿用重载双列四点接触球轴承为研究对象,运用有限元仿真软件ANSYS对轴承接触特性进行研究。研究结果表明:矿用重载双列四点接触球轴承等效应力、接触应力满足实际工况生产要求;轴承沿周向方向在不同区段,受载形式、大小、方向不同,对应的轴承接触载荷大小、方向也不同。该研究为矿用重载双列四点接触球轴承承载能力的提升、接触特性的改善、疲劳寿命的增加等方面提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the high requirements of bearing,contact and fatigue for mine heavy duty double row four point contact ball bearings,a mine heavy duty double row four point contact ball bearing has been used as the research object,and the finite element simulation software ANSYS has been applied to research the contact characteristics of the bearing.The research results show that the equivalent stress and contact stress of mine heavy duty double row four point contact ball bearing meet the requirements of actual working conditions;the bearings are in different sections along the circumferential direction,and the load forms,sizes,and directions are different,and corresponding bearing contact load sizes and directions are also different.The research provides theoretical basis for the bearing capacity and contact characteristics improving,and the fatigue life increasing of the mine heavy duty double row four point contact ball bearing.
