突变载荷下采煤机行走轮应力分布研究

摘    要:为研究采煤机行走机构的动态特性,提高行走机构的使用性能,研究了行走机构在不同工况下的应力分布规律,采用动力学仿真软件LS-DYNA建立行走机构动力学仿真模型,对比理想工况,分析了行走轮受突变载荷作用时单齿啮合状态下不同啮合阶段的应力变化规律,结果表明:行走轮单齿啮合周期内,稳定啮合阶段应力最小;对比理想工况,在突变载荷作用下行走轮各个啮合阶段的应力均明显增加。

Abstract:In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the walking mechanism of the shearer and improve the performance of the walking mechanism,the stress distribution law of the walking mechanism under different working conditions was studied. The dynamic simulation model of the walking mechanism was established by dynamic simulation software LS-DYNA. Compared with ideal working condition,the stress change law in different meshing stages of the single-tooth meshing state when the walking wheel under the mutation load was analyzed. The results show that during the single-tooth meshing period of the walking wheel,the stress in the stable meshing phase is the smallest. Compared with the ideal working condition,the stress of each meshing phase of the walking wheel increases obviously under the mutation load.
