摘    要:针对刮板输送机在复杂的载荷条件和工作环境下,整个刮板链分布式动态张力和多段链速测量难以实现的问题,设计了刮板输送机状态监测系统。该系统以射频芯片CC2530为数据采集核心,结合RS485通信模块和LABVIEW上位机监测模块,能实现对刮板链多点张力、多段链速、运行周期等重要参数的实时监测,并由此进行断链预警和断链故障报警。该设计可用于井下刮板链状态监测领域,从而有效保证刮板输送机的安全、可靠、长周期运行。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the of measurement of distributed dynamic tension and multisegment chain speed the entire scraper chain is difficult to realize when the scraper conveyor is under complicated load conditions and working environments,a scraper conveyor condition monitoring system was designed.With the RF chip CC2530 as the data acquisition core,combined with the RS485 communication module and the LABVIEW host computer monitoring module,this system can realize real-time monitoring of important parameters such as multi-point tension,multi-segment chain speed,and operating cycle of the scraper chain,and thus make the breaking-chain prediction and breakingchain fault alarm.The design can be used in the field of scraper chain condition monitoring underground coal mine,thereby effectively ensuring the safe,reliable and long-term operation of the conveyor.
