摘    要:为改善准能选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果,在对选煤厂一系统煤泥水中煤泥矿物组成和粒度特性进行研究分析的基础上,对煤泥水进行了絮凝沉降试验,分别比较了絮凝剂类型、分子量(离子度)和用量对煤泥水沉降效果的影响;结果表明:选择阳离子度为70%~80%的阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺,用量为1 g/L时,上清液浊度为12.24 NTU,煤泥水体系Zeta电位最接近于零,煤泥水沉降效果达到最佳。

Experimental study on optimization of flocculation sedimentation of Zhunneng Coal Preparation Plant slime water

Abstract:In order to improve the water settling effect of coal slime in Zhunneng Coal Preparation Plant,based on the research and analysis of the mineral composition and particle size characteristics of coal slime in coal slime water of ZhunnengC oal Preparation Plant system,the flocculation sedimentation test of coal slime water was carried out,and the effects of flocculant type,molecular weight(ionization)and dosage on the settling effect of coal slime water were compared.The results show when the cationic polyacrylamide with a cationic degree of 70%to 80%is selected and the dosage is 1 g/L,the turbidity of the supernatant is 12.24NTU,the Zeta potential of the slime water system is closest to zero,and the settling effect of the slime water is the best.
