大步距超前支护液压支架设计分析

摘    要:在煤矿井下作业过程中,煤矿工作面的安全出口与巷道接口处的20 m范围内,必须有工作面的支护装置。提出了一种大步距超前支护液压支架的设计方案,从而解决断面两端和矩形、梯形的平巷等复杂断面的支护问题。通过对支护强度与承压的模拟实验测试,对设计的有效性进行了验证,达到了预期的设计目标,提高了井下作业的工作效率,保证了安全生产的需求。

Abstract:During the coal mine work process,there must be a support device for the working face within 20 m of the safety exit section of the coal face in each section and the roadway interface.A large-step advance support hydraulic support design scheme was proposed,so as to solve the support problems of complex sections such as the two ends of the section and the rectangular and trapezoidal flat lanes.Through simulation experiments,testing of support strength and bearing pressure,the validity of the design was verified,the expected design goals were achieved.The efficiency of underground operations was improved,and the requirements for safe production were guaranteed.
