悬臂式掘进机液压系统优化

摘    要:介绍了悬臂式掘进机液压系统的原理、特点以及测试方法。以测试曲线为基础,结合变量泵、多路阀、平衡阀的性能特点,分析了影响系统效率的主要因素,包括变量泵负载敏感阀压力设定、工作回路的组合以及平衡阀压力设定。提出了优化的方法,并对节能效果进行了测算。实践证明,优化措施取得了良好效果。

Abstract:The principle, characteristics and testing method of hydraulic system of cantilever roadheader were introduced. Based on the test curve,combined with the performance characteristics of variable pump,multi-way valve and counterbalance valve,the main factors affecting system efficiency were analyzed,including the pressure setting of variable pump load sensitive valve,the combination of working circuit and the pressure setting of counterbalance valve. The optimization method was put forward and the energysaving effect was calculated. Practice has proved that the optimization measures have achieved good results.
