摘    要:为了改善智能遥控钻机使用时的用户体验,提高产品的易用性,从而达到安全、舒适、高效的目标,对ZDY4300LK型煤矿用履带式全液压坑道钻机遥控器面板进行分析,将人机交互设计引入钻机遥控器交互面板的设计流程中,通过分析明确原有遥控器面板设计的人机交互缺陷,以CATIA软件人机分析结果为基础进行相应的改进设计,使产品在煤矿巷道的特殊环境下,用户的操作行为能够符合其生理特征、行为习惯及心理认知模型,实现人机环境协调性的高度融合。

Abstract:In order to improve the user experience of the intelligent remote control drilling rig and improve the usability of the product,so as to achieve the goal of safety,comfort and efficiency,analyzed the panel of remote control device of ZDY4300LK coal mine crawler type full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig.Introducd the human-computer interaction design into the design process of the interaction panel of the remote controller of the drilling rig.Based on the analysis results of CATIA software,the corres ponding improvement design was carried out.Under the special environment of coal mine roadway,the user′s operation behavior can meet its physiological characteristics,behavior habits and psychological cognitive model,and realize the high integration of human-computer environment coordination.
