孤岛工作面回采巷道围岩稳定性控制研究

摘    要:本文依托西曲矿12316孤岛综采工作面回采巷道支护工程,对巷道覆岩破断块体铰接结构进行了理论分析,采用现场调研的方法对巷道破坏进行了分析,利用钻孔窥视的方法对巷道顶板破坏进行了说明,认为“非对称支护”原则不适用该矿实际。提出了新的巷道支护方式,利用井下原位钻孔窥视的方法,对巷道顶板岩层进行了观测,工作面回采期间,监测了巷道表面位移。实测证明,新的支护方式,效果良好。

Abstract:Based on the actual support engineering of 12316 Island fully mechanized mining face in Xiqu Coal Mine,the articulated structure of broken block in overburden rock of roadway is analyzed theoretically,the roadway failure is analyzed by field investigation method,and the roof failure of roadway is explained by borehole peeping method.It is considered that the principle of asymmetric support is not applicable to the actual situation of the mine.A new way of roadway support is put forward.The roof strata of roadway are observed by means of in-situ borehole peeping.The surface displacement of roadway is monitored during the mining period of working face.The actual measurement proves that the new support method has a good effect.
