特厚软煤大采高综放工作面成套装备技术研究

摘    要:针对特厚软煤赋存特征,以永陇矿区园子沟矿井为工程背景,确定了合理工作面参数、工艺及装备,优化设计了“整体顶梁带铰接前梁+伸缩梁+二级护帮”的四柱支撑掩护式强力放顶煤液压支架,有效改善了煤壁和端部顶煤的支护效果,通过支架支护质量综合监测保障系统提高了支护的系统的适应性。确定了采煤机、前后部刮板输送机技术参数,设计了智能喷雾降尘系统,实现了特厚软煤综放工作面的安全高效生产。

Automatic mining technology and equipment for fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in extra-thick coal seam
Abstract:Abstract:Aiming at the occurrence conditions of extra-thick and soft-top coal, the reasonable working face parameters, processes and equipment were determined through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, and the automatic design of the working face was carried out. The results show that: the average coal thickness is 11m, and the soft coal seam adopts the mining height of 3.5m, one mining and one caving, and multiple rounds of interval caving can achieve optimal coal wall stability control and top coal recovery rate; reasonable equipment selection can increase the special thickness Reliability of roof control and transportation of soft coal fully mechanized sublevel caving; integrated supporting systems such as automatic coal placement system based on memory + manual mode, comprehensive monitoring and support system for support quality of hydraulic support, intelligent spray dust reduction system, etc. Efficient, safe and efficient automated production.
