煤层上行抽采钻孔可拆式孔口密封器研制与应用

针对煤层上行抽采钻孔在孔口密封中存在的问题,研制了用于封堵孔口的可拆式密封器,并进行了现场应用。可拆式密封器利用橡胶套分割膨胀胶囊与水泥浆液,实现了膨胀胶囊的重复利用;通过膨胀胶囊内水压作用,对孔口裂隙进行压实封堵,避免了孔口漏浆问题。在现场开展了对比试验,结果表明,该装置有效避免了孔口漏气、漏浆现象,有效完成了钻孔密封,而膨胀胶囊则能重复利用;相比于现有的孔口封堵方式,该装置具有成本低廉、封堵效果好的优点,能够较好地满足上行抽采钻孔的孔口密封的需求,大幅降低了人员操作失误的可能性,该装置在上行煤层抽采钻孔的密封领域有较高的实用价值。

Development and Application of Detachable Orifice Sealer for Coal Seam Upward Drainage Drilling

Aiming at the problems existing in the upward drainage drilling of coal seams in the orifice seal, a detachable sealer for sealing the orifice was developed and applied in the field. The detachable sealer divides the expansion capsule and the cement slurry with the rubber sleeve, realizing the reuse of the expansion capsule. Through the action of water pressure in the expansion capsule, the orifice crack is compacted and sealed, thereby avoiding the problem of orifice leakage. The comparative experiments were carried out in the field. The results show that the device effectively avoids air leakage and slurry of the orifice, and effectively completes the drilling seal, and the expansion capsule can be reused.Compared with the existing orifice sealing method, the device has the advantages of low cost and good sealing effect, and can better meet the requirement of the orifice sealing of the upward drainage drilling. The device has high practical value in the sealing field of the upward coal seam drainage drilling.
