边双链型刮板输送机驱动链轮参数的正交优化设计

摘    要:为了减缓驱动链轮的磨损,提高刮板输送机的工作效率,以SGB420/22型刮板输送机驱动链轮为研究对象,根据模型的实际尺寸,利用UG软件建立驱动链轮和圆环链三维实体模型,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对驱动链轮和圆环链的啮合状态的应力进行了分析。针对与其力学性能相关联的各项尺寸参数进行了优化分析,根据其正交优化结果得出了参数影响程度以及最优参数配比,为优化刮板输送机驱动链轮结构提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to slow down the wear of the drive sprocket and improve the working efficiency of the scraper conveyor,taking the SGB420/22 scraper conveyor drive sprocket as the research object,according to the actual size of the model,the UG software was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of the driving sprocket and the ring chain.The ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to analyze the stress of the meshing state of the driving sprocket and the ring chain.The optimization analysis of various dimensional parameters related to its mechanical properties was carried out.According to the orthogonal optimization results,the degree of parameter influence and the optimal parameter ratio were obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for optimizing the drive sprocket structure of the scraper conveyor.
