摘    要:为解决综采工作面双齿辊破碎机无法与其他设备联锁联控、监控功能简单及数量有限等影响设备自动控制的问题,设计一种双齿辊破碎机自动控制系统。该系统通过串行通信和模块化网络接口实现了运输系统相关设备的联锁联控功能,采用STM32F103系列芯片以及相关的控制电路和控制程序,完成了集中控制、就地控制、设备检修3种模式的切换,并通过触控屏对相关数据和设备状态进行显示。试验结果表明:该系统运行稳定,各项监测数据能够准确、及时地输出,同时实现了与其他运输设备之间的联锁联动功能,提高了工作面破碎系统的自动化控制水平。

Abstract:To solve the problems that the double toothed roll crusher of fully mechanized working face can’t interlocking linkage control with other equipment,monitoring functions is simple and limited which influence equipment automatic control,designed a kind of automatic control system for double toothed roll crusher. The system through serial communication interface and modular network achieved transport system related equipment interlocking linkage control function. Using STM32F103 series chips and related control circuit and control program,completed the centralized control,local control,equipment maintenance three models of switching,and through the touch screen displayed the relevant data and equipment state. The test results show that the system can stable operation,the monitoring data can output accurately and timely,and achieve the function of interlocking linkage with other transportation equipment, improve the automatic control level of the working face crush system.
