摘    要:针对多伦煤化工甲醇装置中催化剂失活的问题,进行了第Ⅱ炉甲醇催化剂的钝化和第Ⅲ炉甲醇催化剂的还原。介绍了甲醇催化剂钝化/还原的工艺流程、工艺条件、关键控制过程及结束状态的条件,分析了钝化/还原过程中的优点及需要优化的部分,提出了钝化时甲醇合成系统置换用时较长和气冷塔超温的解决方案,以及还原时采用的优化措施。

Abstract:In view of the deactivation of catalyst in the methanol plant of Duolun Coal Chemical Industry,passivation of methanol catalyst in the second furnace and the reduction of methanol catalyst in the third furnace were carried out.The process flow,process condition,key control process and the end state condition of methanol catalyst passivation and reduction were introduced.The advantages and parts to be optimized in the passivation and reduction process were analyzed,and the solution for long methanol synthesis displacement time and over-temperature of gas cooling tower during passivation was put forward,with the optimization measures to be adopted during the reduction process proposed.
