永磁电机滚筒用液压钳盘式制动器的设计及应用分析

摘    要:带式输送机由于其运输量大、连续作业效率高和运行可靠等优点,已成为煤矿企业使用最多的运输方式,随着永磁电机滚筒在带式输送机中越来越多的应用,永磁电机滚筒的制动问题也随之而来。设计一种永磁电机滚筒用液压钳盘式制动器,以PLC为控制单元,通过液压系统来实现对永磁电机滚筒的制动控制。介绍制动器的结构与液压系统,并运用SolidWorks simulation建模分析其结构的可行性。

Abstract:Because of the advantages of large transportation volume,high continuous operation efficiency and reliable operation,belt conveyors have become the most used transportation method for coal mining enterprises.With the increase of application of permanent magnet motor drum in belt conveyors,the braking problem of permanent magnet motor drums also comes with it.Designed a hydraulic caliper disc brake for permanent magnet motor drums,which uses PLC as a control unit to brake control the permanent magnet motor drum by hydraulic system.Introduced the brake structure and hydraulic system of the brake,and used SolidWorks simulation modeling to analyze the feasibility of its structure.
