ZYWL系列履带式自动钻机模块化设计

针对国内煤矿企业对钻机实现遥控、自动化操作要求越来越紧迫,介绍了自动钻机系列化设计的思路和依据及钻机的基本性能参数与主要结构。结合煤矿井下施工现场条件及工艺要求,总结归纳了自动钻机钻进工艺的主要功能,并对钻机进行模块化分解组合,提高了零部件的通用率。对钻机关键部件机械手、钻杆箱及对顶双夹持器的工作原理及结构进行详细论述。通过对典型生产案例分析证明,ZYWL系列自动钻机可以满足瓦斯抽放、冲击地压处理的需要。

Modularization Design of ZYWL Series Crawler Type Automatic Drilling Rig

In view of the increasingly urgent requirement of domestic coal mine enterprises for remote control and automatic operation of drilling rig,introduced the train of thought and basis for the seriation design of automatic drilling rig,as well as the basic performance parameters and main structures of drilling rig.Combined with the field conditions and technological requirements of coal mine underground construction,the main functions of automatic drilling rig technology were summarized,and the modular decomposition and combination of the drilling machine were carried out to improve the general rate of parts.The working principle and structure of the manipulator,drill pipe box and top clamp of the key parts of the drilling rig were discussed in detail.Through the analysis of typical production cases,it is proved that ZYWL series automatic drilling rig can meet the needs of gas drainage and rock burst treatment.
