抗冲击大阻力超前支架应用研究

摘    要:针对神东布尔台煤矿42106综放工作面回风巷道因冲击地压造成巷道底鼓、帮鼓现象,设计了一种抗冲击大阻力超前液压支架。结合巷道实际情况,运用理论计算和实测分析确定支架主要技术参数。使用结果表明,该支架能够有效解决巷道底鼓、帮鼓问题,保证工作效率,降低安全事故发生率,为巷道超前支护提供技术参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of roadway floor heave and side heave caused by impact pressure in the roadway of 42106 fully mechanized caving face in Shendong Buertai coal mine,a kind of antiimpact large resistance advanced hydraulic support was designed.Combined with the actual situation of the roadway,the main technical parameters of the support were determined by theoretical calculation and actual measurement analysis.The application results show that the support can effectively solve the problems of roadway floor heave and side heave guarantee the working efficiency and reduce the incidence of safety accidents which provide a technical reference for the roadway advanced support.
