关于YBT型矿用轴流式通风机监控系统的改进研究

摘    要:轴流式通风机作为煤矿生产的关键设备,具有较好监控性能的监控系统,对保证进行作业安全至关重要。不断对通风机监控系统进行优化改进升级,已成为当下研究的重点。因此,以轴流式通风机的结构组成及工作过程分析为基础,通过分析监控系统在通风机中应用的重要性,开展了监控系统中硬件系统、软件系统的优化改进设计研究,改进后的监控系统具有更高监控精度、兼容性更强,大大提高了对通风机运行状态的监控能力。这对提高通风机运行效率和井下作业安全具有重要意义,也为通风机监控系统的进一步优化研究提供了参考。

Abstract:As the key equipment in coal mine production,the monitoring system with better monitoring performance is very important to ensure the safety of operation.Continuous optimization,improvement and upgrading of fan monitoring system has become the focus of current research.Therefore,based on the analysis of the structure and working process of the axial-flow fan,by analyzing the importance of the application of the monitoring system in the fan,the optimization and improvement design of the hardware system and software system in the monitoring system has been carried out.The improved monitoring system has higher monitoring accuracy and compatibility,and greatly improves the monitoring ability of the fan's running state.This is of great significance to improve the efficiency of fan operation and the safety of underground operation,and also provides a reference for the further optimization of fan monitoring system.
