链轨节自动化锻造生产线平移夹爪的研制

摘    要:在进行煤矿装备企业链轨节锻造生产线自动化改造中,针对现有机床模具空间小、产品结构形状特殊、锻造生产基本依靠人工搬运、缺乏自动化生产等问题,通过对链轨节锻造工艺路线的研究,根据锻造设备及模具空间位置,对夹爪的结构设计、自锁等方面进行了详细分析,并设计研发了一种基于机器人搬运链轨节的平移夹爪。该夹爪现场应用效果良好,为链轨节锻造生产线实现自动化提供了一种可行的技术手段,有利于链轨节的大批量锻造生产,使企业降本增效。

Abstract:In the automation transformation of the chain link forging production line of the coal mine equipment enterprises,aiming at the problems of the existing machine tool mould space is small,the product structure shape is special,the forging production basically depends on manual handling,and the lack of automation production,through the research of the forging process route of the chain link,according to the forging equipment and the space position of the mould,the structural design,self-locking and other aspects were divided in detail,a kind of translation clamping claw was designed and developed,which is based on the robot to carry the chain link.The translation clamping claw has a good field application effect,and provides a feasible technical means for the automation of the chain link forging production line,which is conducive to the large-scale production of the chain link for forging and the cost reduction while efficiency increase of the enterprise.
