矿井瓦斯抽放自动控制与故障预警系统的设计

摘    要:针对某矿瓦斯抽放系统人工操作的复杂性与困难性,设计了由可编程控制器、本安型操控设备及各种传感器组成的自动控制与故障预警系统,此系统集瓦斯抽放自动控制、数据采集、数据分析、智能诊断与性能综合评估于一体。通过对系统的设计与分析,该系统可以有效实现瓦斯自动控制与故障预警,提高瓦斯抽放效率与安全。

Abstract:According to the complexity and difficulty of manual operation of the current gas drainage system,designed automatic control and fault early warning system which is composed of programmable controller,intrinsically safe operation and control equipment and various sensors.This system integrated automatic control of gas drainage,data collection,data analysis,intelligent diagnosis and comprehensive performance evaluation.Through the design and analysis of the gas drainage system,it can effectively achieve automatic gas control and fault early warning,and improve gas drainage efficiency and safety.
