松软煤层沿底留顶煤顺槽安全掘进技术研究

摘    要:大磨岭煤矿煤层松软,顺槽沿底留顶煤掘进,极容易发生顶煤冒落,掘进效率低下,安全隐患突出。分析了顶煤冒落原因和解决思路,认为顶煤加固的重点应是提高顶煤自身完整性和与上部稳定层位煤岩体的粘接能力,使其不发生冒落,提出“超前管棚+超前预注”加固方案。结果表明:日掘进进尺比原来提高80%,未发生顶煤冒落情况,显著提高了掘进速度和安全性。

Abstract:The coal seam of Damoling Coal Mine is soft,and it is excavated along the bottom.It is very prone to the collapse of the top coal,the tunneling efficiency is low,and the safety hazard is outstanding.The causes and solutions of the top coal caving are analyzed.It is believed that the focus of the top coal reinforcement should be to improve the integrity of the top coal and the bonding ability with the upper stable layer coal rock mass so that it does not fall off.We proposed the"advanced pipe shed+advanced pre-injection"reinforcement program.The results show that the daily excavation footage is 80%higher than the original,and there is no roof coal caving,which significantly improves the tunneling speed and safety.
